Welcome to AARP Tax-Aide District 2

We will once again be providing FREE tax preparation starting February 1st thru April 15th. We have 11 locations in West Houston/Katy area, from 610 West Loop stretching all the way to Katy, and now Brookshire.

Tax-Aide has helped more than 60 million people since it launched in 1968.  It's the nation's largest free volunteer tax program, offered in conjunction with the IRS. Tax-Aide has nearly 5,000 locations in neighborhood libraries, malls, banks, community centers and senior centers.  Each year over 35,000 Tax-Aide volunteers serve over 2 million people nationally. Our district completed close to 4,000 tax returns last year.

There's no fee and no sales pitch for other services and AARP membership is not required. While the majority of our tax clients are low to middle income seniors, we don't have any age restrictions.
